Travel north from Cape Town into the magnificent landscape of Namibia - beautiful country of extreme contrasts from the expanse of colourful arid deserts to the wild vitality of the south Atlantic.The journey overcomes the vastness of Namibia by travelling the long hauls at night, saving guests the time and discomfort of traversing huge distances on dust and gravel roads. Not to forget the splendours of the Cape and Cape Town of course!

Each train has its own bar, cafe/lounge, dining and accommodation carriages. As in any hotel, bedding , towels and soap are provided. All passenger compartments have hand basins with running water. There are 6 hotel coaches accommodating up to 78 passengers. All offer twin bedded and single cabins. Shower and toilet facilities are shared amongst a maximum of 14 passengers.

Excursion vehicles are fully air-conditioned Mercedes Benz Sprinters, which have been adapted to African road( and off road) conditions, and seat 12 people comfortably.

The cost for the above is in the region of £1768.00 per person sharing , excluding international flights and airport taxes

Cost includes: One pick up transfer, accommodation in a Gold Carriage , daily breakfast and dinner, all guided excursions on touring vehicles( including entrance fees) and one drop off transfer at the end of your trip.
