This 16-day journey offers an amazing comprehensive view of South Africa taking in 23 of the 25 highlights that are internationally regarded as a 'must see' sights. As the train travels the length and breadth of the country guest can enjoy the great variety of landscapes,shorelines,cultures and lifestyles that the 'Rainbow Nation' has to offer.

Each train has its own bar, cafe/lounge, dining and accommodation carriages. As in any hotel, bedding , towels and soap are provided. All passenger compartments have hand basins with running water. There are 9 hotel coaches accommodating up to 106 passengers. All offer twin bedded and single cabins. Shower and toilet facilities are shared amongst a maximum of 12 passengers.

Excursion vehicles are fully air-conditioned Mercedes Benz Sprinters, which have been adapted to African road( and off road) conditions, and seat 12 people comfortably.

The cost for the above is in the region of £1690.00 per person sharing , excluding international flights and airport taxes.

Cost includes: One pick up transfer, accommodation in a Gold Carriage , daily breakfast and dinner, all guided excursions on touring vehicles( including entrance fees) and one drop off transfer at the end of your trip.
