Day 1
Arrive in Udaipur
Arrive in Udaipur in the morning. Its marble palaces, lakes and its beautiful gardens dominate Udaipur, the enchanting city. Check in your hotel and later proceed for Udaipur sight seeing - visit Lake Pichola, The City Palace, Jagdish Temple, the 18th century Sahelion ki Bari, or the garden of Maidens. Back to hotel in the evening and overnight.
Day 2
Udaipur - Jodhpur 250 kms / 4.5 hrs
After breakfast depart to Jodhpur. Enroute visit Ranakpur, one of the five holy places of Jain community, the most important temple is dedicated to Rishabhjii and sprawls to some to 48,000 sq. ft. and has 29 halls and 1444 pillars, all distinctively carved. Jodhpur also known as Sun City. On arrival check in at your hotel at Rohitgarh Fort. Later proceed for half-day Jodhpur sight seeing tour, visiting Mehrungarh Fort, Jaswanth Thada, Sardar market and Balsamand Lake. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3
Jodhpur - Jaiselmer 285 kms / 5 hrs
After breakfast depart for Jaiselmer, a jewel of the Indian desert. Arrive Jaiselmer around 1600Hrs. and check in to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Evening take small walk around the town. In fact the streets do seem like walker's dream - no traffic, no cows and clean lanes. Visit Gadsisar Lake, ludrava, Aakal and Jaiselmer Fort. Overnight.
Day 4
Jaiselmer
After breakfast depart to sand dunes for overnight stay in Swiss tents in the heart of the deserts. Enjoy a bonfire dinner along with Rajasthani traditional dances.
Day 5
Jaiselmer - Bikaner 320 kms / 6 hrs
After early morning breakfast drive to Bikaner, a city that goes back over 500 years when it was founded by one of the princes of Jodhpur. Late in the afternoon arrive and check in to your hotel. Relax for some and later proceed for half day Bikener sight seeing - visit Junagarh Fort and the two out standing palaces of Bikener - Lalgarh Palace and Gajner Palace, Camel Breeding farm and Deshnok temple. Back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6
Bikaner - Jaipur
After breakfast, shopping - visit local handicraft shops. Later check out from hotel and drive to Jaipur arriving late afternoon . Later proceed for half-day Jaipur sight seeing, visit The City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar. Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 7
Jaipur
After breakfast visit to Amber Fort - on the crest of a Rocky hill behind Maota Lake, 11 kms from Jaipur. Visit to Amber fort and Palace and you can also go for a Elephant ride till the top of the fort. Back to hotel in the afternoon and rest of the day free. Overnight.
Day 8
Jaipur - Delhi / Mumbai
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Airport for onward journey.
